Banner Engineering DX99 Wireless Node with compact metal housing
A compact metal housing rated for Class I, Division 1 hazardous locations is available for Banner Engineering’s intrinsically safe DX99 Wireless Node product line.
Banner Engineering AG4 safety laser scanner
The Banner Engineering AG4 safety laser scanner uses pulses of Class 1 infrared laser light to locate the position of objects in its field of view, effectively protecting personnel by safeguarding both stationary and mobile hazards within a user-designated area.
Banner Engineering 2010 catalogue
Banner Engineering’s 2010 catalogue provides a user-friendly guide to the company’s products and pairs sensor products with versatile safety solutions.
Safety light screen
The Banner Engineering EZ-Screen safety light screen range has been expanded to include low-profile models, for small light screens - such as safeguarding smaller machines.
Wireless sensor nodes
The DX99 battery-powered node from Banner Engineering provides a safe method to collect analog, digital and temperature information in hazardous areas. The battery-powered system features robust wireless technology and an intrinsically safe operation.
Radar sensor
The R-Gage QT50R advanced radar sensor detects moving and stationary objects in harsh weather conditions. The system uses frequency modulated continuous wave radar to detect presence, absence or change of large objects outdoors and in other challenging environments.
Micromax Safety controller
The flexible SC22-3 safety controller from Banner Engineering lowers the installation and troubleshooting costs of interfacing multiple safety devices to machine control systems.
SC22-3 safety controller
The SC22-3 safety controller is an easily configurable safety module that incorporates numerous input devices and manages multiple safety-related functions.
Emergency-stop button
Banner's Pico-Guard fibre-optic E-stop button works with the Pico-Guard controller and other optical elements in personnel safety and equipment protection applications. The button is used with plastic fibre-optic cable and offers a quick means of connecting and disconnecting. Models are available with fibre entry/exit from either the same or opposite sides of the housing.
Two-handed machine actuation
The Banner Engineering Duo-Touch Run Bar is designed to facilitate two-handed control machine actuation in applications such as power presses, cutting and heat staking machines.
Pressure sensors
Turck has introduced high accuracy PS400 and PS500 programmable pressure sensors with switchpoint accuracy of ±0.5%.
Light screen
Banner Engineering has introduced its Ez-Screen Type 2 light screen system designed for lower risk Type 2 applications (per IEC61496-1/-2, Category 2 per EN954-1).
Vehicle detection sensor
Banner Engineering has announced its M-Gage S18M vehicle detection sensor.
M12 eurofast junction boxes
Turck announces the M12 eurofast junction boxes with stainless steel inserts have been added to the multibox family. All metal parts on these junction boxes are made of 316 stainless steel. The junctions are suitable for wire consolidation in environments where brass or other metal parts fail and are a cost-effective solution for harsh conditions.
Cut-off sensors
Banner Engineering has announced the QS30AF high-accuracy adjustable-field sensors.
DeviceNet emergency stops
E-connect is the plug-and-work way to connect traditional e-stop devices and safety relay modules. E-connect DeviceNet stations operate in the background to monitor where the stop was initiated and annunciate the system status.
