Mechanical engineering safety continues to evolve

Thursday, 16 April, 2015

For 25 years the Mechanical Engineering Safety Seminar has established itself as an annual key forum for mechanical engineers, manufacturers and contractors in the mining community.

The event, delivered by NSW Trade and Investment, will look at the evolution of mechanical safety up until now, and into the future.

The seminar, held at Sydney Olympic Park from 9-10 September, will bring together recognised and respected speakers to present on a range of topics from all mining sectors, including coal, extractives and petroleum.

Corrie Pitzer of SAFEmap International, a leading specialist consultant in behavioural and strategic safety management, is confirmed as the keynote speaker.
