Guide to the Work Health and Safety Act

Safe Work Australia, in collaboration with the various Australian work health and safety jurisdictions, has released a new ‘Guide to the Work Health and Safety Act’.
The publication is available for viewing or download from WorkSafe ACT and is also available from the Safe Work Australia website.
