Fatal forklift incident at market
WorkCover NSW is investigating the death of a man in a forklift incident at a market at Homebush West on 14 January.
Initial enquiries indicate that the forklift, which the man was operating at the time, tipped over after colliding with another forklift. WorkCover inspectors visited the scene as part of their investigation.
The forklift has been taken to a nearby NSW Police compound where inspectors will carry out inspections on the vehicle.
They will prepare a report for the coroner.
