Abstracts closing soon for Injury Prevention and Safety conference
The 12th Australasian Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion Conference is still accepting abstracts for oral, poster and symposium presentations, but the deadline is approaching fast.
This year’s abstract submissions will close on 5 May 2015.
The conference, to be held at the University of Sydney from 25-27 November, will be a multidisciplinary event featuring representatives from all facets of injury prevention and safety promotion including research, teaching, practice and policy.
Conference themes will include topics such as child and family safety, road and transport safety, burns prevention, workplace safety, rural and remote injury prevention, and more.
The conference is being hosted by the Australian Injury Prevention Network (AIPN) and The George Institute for Global Health Australia.
