The Scafftag Nanotag tagging system is specially designed for all robust and hazardous machinery and chemicals. It allows for the logging of essential information so that the user has a processed and tracked inspection record for peace of mind. These robust, durable industrial tags are specially designed to withstand the most rugged of environments. Highly visible and easy to use they provide the user with the most up-to-date inspection information, increasing efficiency and effectiveness while reducing risk in an organisation.

The Scafftag range also includes Safetrak - an advanced paperless, equipment management system using handheld computers in conjunction with the tags so information can be relayed through to management systems, ensuring up-to-date inspection information.

Nanotag has been developed for users of equipment such as eyebolts and shackles, hoses and cables, breathing apparatus and small industrial tools, Nanotag will help to ensure that all elements of equipment can be checked and maintained for use.

As with all Scafftag systems, Nanotag visually communicates to users and inspectors of equipment whether it has been inspected, when the next inspection is due, and whether or not it is fit for use. By removing the inspection insert from its holder, the equipment is instantly placed into 'do-not-use' prohibition status. Nanotag provides total flexibility with the options for cable tie, ring, rivet and screw attachment all accommodated within one system.
