Coming to Melbourne — SAFETYconnect 2019 | National Safety Conference

After a successful event in Brisbane in 2018, the NSCA Foundation and WF Media are proud to announce that SAFETYconnect and the National Safety Conference will be held in Melbourne on 28–29 August 2019 at the Crown Conference Centre.

The program will feature both international and local leading experts and organisations discussing culture, mental health, industrial safety, technology, legal standings and much more.

Patrick Clifton, Head of Health, Safety & Laws at the Australian Football League, has been announced as one of the keynote speakers at the National Safety Conference, part of SAFETYconnect. Patrick oversees the strategy and operation of the judicial system, the Laws of the Game and the AFL’s research and health programs, with a particular emphasis on concussion. Further details regarding his presentation will be released early next year.

Abstracts are currently being accepted for the National Safety Conference. For more information about how to submit your abstract, visit www.safety-connect.com.au/call-for-papers.
