Vital Sun and Water Safety Guidelines for Travellers

Pro-Visual Publishing have proudly released their latest edition of the digitally interactive Traveller’s Guide to National Safety & Health 2019/20, supported by Australian Tourism Export Council, Tourism Australia, The Royal Life Saving Australia and Surf Life Saving Australia. Thanks to the Corporate Partners of the Guide, it is made possible for it to be distributed free of charge to the industry.

The 1 metre x 1 metre printed Guide is designed to be displayed in hostels, backpacking lodges and the like to ensure international travellers are provided with safety and wellbeing guidance for their stay in Australia.

Arriving in a country like Australia comes with safety factors that need to be considered in regards to water and sun safety that may be different to their home countries. These are two topics that are largely covered on this years Guide, followed by sexual health and safety tips whilst staying in hostels.

As mentioned, the Guide is digitally interactive with Augmented Reality (AR) capabilities. By users simply downloading the free Pro-Vis AR app they can bring print to life by scanning over any AR capable content using their smart device. In doing so, travellers can access further resources and information, for example, videos about beach safety and can enjoy their travels knowing they have essential information at their fingertips.

“I would like to thank all of the sponsors of the Travellers Guide to National Safety & Health 2019/20. Their support has made it possible for the guide to be distributed free of charge.” – John Hutchings, CEO, Pro-Visual Publishing.
