The Next 30 Years: Living a Healthy and Happy Retirement

Heading into retirement is an exciting part of people’s lives; catching up on some much needed rest, planning holidays or catching up with old friends. It also goes without saying that as one gets older, the body will start to go through changes, as will one’s lifestyle, therefore during this time it is crucial to stay on top of health, lifestyle and nutrition.

To help aid in a healthy and happy retirement, Pro-Visual Publishing in partnership with the Heart Foundation of Australia and the Property Council of Australia are proud to release their second edition of the augmented reality (AR) Residential Living Guide to Lifestyle & Health, aiming to provide retirees with key health and lifestyle information.

The topics featured include the next 30 years and how to stay fit and healthy, pain and treatment management ideas, as well as finance and nutrition tips. Also included on the Guide is information about the Heart Foundation’s free walking program, influencing retirees to join, make friends and stay fit.

This year’s edition now includes the exciting integration of AR, combining print and digital to create an interactive experience for residents. By simply downloading the free Pro-Vis AR app, users can access further information via their smart device.

“I would like to thank all the sponsors of the Residential Living Guide to Lifestyle & Health 2018/19. Their support has made it possible for the Guide to be distributed free of charge.” – John Hutchings, CEO, Pro-Visual Publishing.
