Oil, Gas and Pipeline Guide to Workplace Safety 2018/19

Poorly maintained, or run-down plant and equipment can lead to the development of unsafe workplace conditions and procedures. This becomes of a particular concern when large quantities of dangerous goods and chemicals are housed on site.
