Comus International Sensolute MVS 1006.01/MVS 0608.02 vibration sensors
Comus International has introduced its Sensolute micro vibration sensors, the MVS 1006.01 and the MVS 0608.02. The devices detect any type of vibration using a micro ball that bridges two contacts, reducing the resistance between the two external connection pads from several megaohms (>30 MΩ) to below 100 Ω.
The devices are so small that they can be easily fitted and hidden on a PCB so that they are nearly undetectable. This is useful for applications where conserving battery power is required when no movement is detected.
