Standard offerings for the IBC spill solution include 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-tank indoor and outdoor models.
Each IBC tank sits on a heavy-duty spill pallet that offers a uniformly distributed load capacity of 4090 kg. Each of the low-profile spill pallets has a containment capacity of 284 L and measures 1575 x 1575 x 222 mm. This low profile compares with traditional IBC pallets with a height of over 700 mm, providing easier access to the IBC tanks.
Expansion tanks with 245 L capacity, together with 'flow-through' bulkhead fittings, are used to increase containment capacity to the required level.
For instance, a 4-tank system includes four spill pallets and one expansion tank, for a total of 1381 L capacity.
Ultra-Modular IBC Spill Pallets are constructed of 100% polyethylene, eliminating the potential for rust and corrosion. They offer resistance to a broad range of chemicals, including acids, solvents and oils.
Outdoor models feature unique 'roll-top' enclosures and swing-out doors for convenient access, and are lockable for secure storage of hazardous materials.
