The Hughes emergency safety showers and eyebath/facewash units are used in industry and laboratories to wash off contamination in the event of a chemical spillage.

Indoor and outdoor models are available for use in hot and cold climates. They range from permanently plumbed-in showers to tank showers that will continue operating even if the mains supply fails. Showers can be supplied to provide tepid water in accordance with the relevant international standards and to operate in extreme conditions.
