The Barrier Sack is a sand-less sandbag. In its box it is flat, light and easy to store and handle. Once immersed in water, the sack inflates and expands to weigh about 25 kg.
The sack can be stored it in a cupboard for years, until the day comes to use it. It is made of natural jute with a cotton liner and the inner filling is SAP (super absorbent polymer). Both are 100% biodegradable.
