Enware Safe-Equip spill prevention and containment berms

Safe-Equip drive-in/drive-out spill prevention and containment berms are constructed for rapid deployment in applications involving hazardous fuels, chemicals and liquids.

The portable and easily assembled Stinger Snap Foam berms allow for one-time set-up then continual drive-in/drive-out use without having to set down the end sidewalls.

Available in a standard size of 3 m wide and 7.9 m long with a sump capacity of 7358 L, and with different sizes available, the berms’ end sidewalls incorporate high-strength connectors and a two-way air relief system that facilitates automatic entry-exit without assistance.

The system, weighing 53 kg, is part of a portable containment range that includes Stinger berms for hydrocarbon immediate spill response and Stinger Yellow Jacket portable lightweight pallets for chemical spill prevention.

The system is suitable for applications such as chemical drum storage, chemical transfers, disposal of hazardous waste, vehicle maintenance and oil spill clean-ups.

The range includes containment berms for use beneath equipment left overnight that contains fuel such as small fuel tanks and generators with fuel tanks; and for temporary drum storage.

Complementary Storm Sentinel erosion control products protect drains that can carry run-off and may contaminate surface water.

The systems cut clean-up costs and minimise the risk of slip and fall accidents when used with fuel and chemical storage units in locations such as construction sites, farms, factories, mines, petrochemical sites, public utilities and machinery washdown and maintenance facilities.
