The Bio-Circle range of bioremedial parts cleaners can clean oily, greasy, dirty machine components without the use of hydrocarbon-based solvents, presenting a safer and more comfortable cleaning process than solvent cleaners.

Traditionally, solvent washers use petroleum-based products to dissolve the oil and grease and wash the dirt away. The solvents are flammable, carcinogenic, emit unpleasant fumes and can cause unpleasant skin conditions. The used solvents need to be disposed of carefully and within the applicable environmental and safety regulations.

The Bio-Circle cleaners have a water-based cleaning solution that quickly and safely removes the oil and grease from the part. They use naturally occurring microorganisms to break down the oil and grease into CO₂ and water - bioremediation. This means the solution is not discarded - it cleans itself.

The solution is non-flammable, non-toxic, pH neutral and has a pleasant odour. They are available in two sizes suitable for most workshop and factory applications.
