New WHS codes of practice for the ACT
Recently approved WHS codes of practice have been adopted by the ACT Government and notified on the ACT Legislation Register.
According to Safe Work Australia (SWA), to have legal effect in a jurisdiction a model code of practice must be approved as a code of practice in that jurisdiction.
