Guideline on ACT WHS workplace entry

Thursday, 01 November, 2012

Safe Work Australia has issued the Interpretive Guideline on Workplace Entry by WHS Entry Permit Holders.

The guideline helps clarify some of the issues that have been in contention since the WHS entry permit holder provisions were introduced in the harmonised WHS Act and Regulations, introduced in the ACT from 1 January 2012.

It is supported by WorkSafe ACT. For more information, visit the website.
