Feedback sought for amendments to mine and petroleum site laws

The NSW Resources Regulator is seeking feedback from interested parties about proposed amendments to the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Act 2013 and Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Regulation 2014 (WHS (MPS) laws).

A discussion paper has been developed to help interested parties consider and respond to the proposed amendments. Click here to have your say. Submissions will close on 17 May 2021.
