Federal Safety Commissioner seeks feedback

Monday, 10 August, 2009

The Federal Safety Commissioner (FSC) has issued a statement welcoming feedback, using it as an opportunity to improve its services and processes.

As part of this commitment to continuous improvement, the FSC has released a template that can be used to formally express dissatisfaction in relation to the health and safety issues of building and construction companies, accreditation, auditing or compliance processes, or the conduct of an employee of the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) or a Federal Safety Officer.

Further information on submitting a complaint and the process that the OFSC will apply in handling complaints can be found at the complaints page at www.fsc.gov.au/ofsc/Forindustry/Complaints/.
