Ansell settles acquisition of Trelleborg Protective Products
Protective solutions company Ansell has concluded its acquisition of Trelleborg Protective Products (TPP).
Ansell will operate the former Trelleborg business under the name Ansell Protective Solutions (APS) as part of its Specialty Markets Global Business Unit. Ansell Protective Solutions provides high-end chemical protective suits, professional dry diving suits, escape hoods, medical patient care and tents/shelters to first responders, military, aerospace and industrial customers.

The acquisition, for €23.7 million, was previously announced on 11 April 2012.
