In 2018, CSIRO released a report on ‘Six ‘megatrends’ to reshape workplace health and safety with an ageing workforce as one of the six trends. As Australia’s workforce ages and with the growing trend of Australians staying in the workforce longer, employers need to implement strategies to retain, recruit and support mature workers.
This seminar is designed to provide an overview of the challenges and practical strategies for managing the ageing workforce and examples of how some employers are already mitigating this evolving challenge.
