NSCA Foundation Sydney Masterclass: Building a Culture of Psychological Safety: A Behavioural Ethics Approach

In this masterclass, Ethics Applied Partner Dr Brock Bastian will look at what culture is, what impacts it and what it takes to build a psychologically safe workplace.
He will introduce tools and insights from behavioural ethics and demonstrate how these can be used to improve communication through building self-awareness. He will also present a framework for making safety part of everyday behaviour and empowering staff to ‘speak up’ early to address conduct, decision-making and behavioural issues in their infancy, rather than managing issues when they’ve reached crisis point. The masterclass begins at 10 am and a networking lunch is included.
