The Excell 4 is a fully automatic, remote control run stretch wrap system. It is used for pallet wrapping to secure and ensure load stability.

The unit takes any stretch film and completes the whole wrap cycle in three steps. The soft start turntable has a 2 t capacity with an extended column to wrap up to 2.7 m high. The machine adjusts at the top and bottom and its built-in photo eye detects various pallet heights.

While seated on their forklift, operators can start the machine remotely, which saves on injuries and other OH&S issues. This model is transportable, runs off a single-phase power supply and automatically pauses for film break or run-out. It features easy-to-read controls and easy-to-access service components, requiring minimal maintenance.

Offering variable carriage and turntable speed, it comes with the option of a conveyor to reduce double handling. This increases pallets wrapped per hour, improving plant flow and productivity, while saving floor space and reducing product damage.
