The Restricted Access Site Ladder is a lockable ladder which allows for limiting access, has an override to lock out unauthorised personnel and is compliant with current height safety regulations.

In the locked position the ladder resembles a house downpipe so the visual bulk and aesthetic impact is minimal at ground level. It is unlocked with a locker type key allowing the spring-loaded rungs and side rail to float down to provide access.

Oldfields Access has integrated the ladder with a flush to floor void protection system to provide void protection for the building industry.

Application areas include storage areas such as silos, facility and property management, factory plant and equipment, marine, factories, remote towers, building and construction sites.

The easy-to-operate locking systems allow management to limit access to selected personnel or it can override access, allowing no one access, guarding safety after hours or during shutdowns.

The portable ladders can be installed for permanent use and are compliant with AS/NZS 1892.5:2000.
