The Bi-Line system is used for height safety risk management of vehicles such as road/rail and demountable tankers, refuse collection vehicles and many other commercial vehicles.

To ensure compliance to OH&S Regulations it is imperative that workers are protected when working at height on vehicles. The Bi-Line system is used to address problems experienced with access, inspection and maintenance of vehicles. The system gives all-round protection - front, rear and sides - in one integrated package. It also enables safe access to vehicles at any remote site, whether it is roadside, a workshop or landfill site.

The system is manufactured from marine grade stainless steel and consists of two parallel restraint lines running along each side of the vehicle. The operative is connected via a belt or harness to a dual lanyard, facilitating unrestricted movement in both directions along the roof of the vehicle.

Once installed, the system remains a permanent fixture to the vehicle. No further set-up is required.

The Bi-Line can be retrofitted to existing tanks and can use bolt-on brackets and therefore negate the requirements of degassing and retesting.
