MCD manufactures a range of plate heat exchanger (PHX) gaskets to suit all original equipment manufacturers including Alfa Laval, APV, GEA, Swep, Schmidt, Tranter and Sondex to name a few.
In addition to the supply of PHX gaskets, Matrix Process Solutions is also able to offer full on-site service, preventative maintenance and reconditioning of plate heat exchanger packs, including cleaning, crack testing and repairs.
Matrix Process Solutions also offers Heatrix, helium crack testing and validation. Helium molecules are the smallest of the inert gases, which allows a much greater sensitivity in detecting cracks without opening the PHE unit, thus allowing validation and return to service within the shortest possible time.
