The Servomex 4900 continuous emissions analyser monitors levels of oxygen, carbon monoxide and oxides of nitrogen in flue gases.
The 4900 is equipped with transducers for measuring levels of oxygen and carbon monoxide, and is enclosed in a 19" 3U rackmounted cabinet.
It is possible for the latest version of the 4900C to measure four different gases simultaneously by using four different measuring transducers, and these can include individual oxides of nitrogen, SO2 and methane in ranges from ppm to percent.
Software common to all the Servomex 4000 series gas analysers gives the 4900C auto calibration as standard, which can also be configured for each measurement independently. It is possible to calibrate the transducer monitoring one of the gases for which the analyser is configured while the others continue to operate normally.
Enhanced NAMUR-compliant diagnostics and fault messaging enable a host computer to acquire not only measurement data via the 4900C's enhanced RS232 output, but also to acquire diagnostic and control data. Thus, the host computer is able to control the calibration of the transducers remotely using external calibration valves.
