The Tradesman Safety Kit is designed to help contractors not only to protect themselves and those around them from any disturbed asbestos fibres, but also to help them meet their legal requirements such as duty of care and correct wrapping for disposal.
Each kit comes packed in a tough 600 denier nylon tote bag which is designed to live in the work van so that its always ready for that unexpected job. The bag is packed with a number of disposable coveralls, quality vented respirators, regulation disposal bags (both small and large) as well as heavy-duty wrap, gloves, tape and ties, approved industrial grade wet-down mister and rags, and clean-up equipment so no fibre-containing mess is left around. It also includes barrier tape to help prevent access to the work area and a special safety warning sign. All items are easily replaceable when initial stock is used, and a simple set of suggested work practices and guidelines are included in every pack.
