The Anti-Collision Warning System is designed to notify a forklift operator when they are within close proximity to an object, giving them the ability to take appropriate action before having a collision.

The controller box can accept one, two or three sensors, and uses a bright LED and buzzer to notify the operator when the sensor has received a signal. The buzzer and LED stay switched on until the sensor has registered that the vehicle is clear of the danger. The Buzzer Override button enables the operator to switch off the buzzer, but keeps the LED flashing - suitable when the operator is in close proximity to objects due to working conditions.

The sensors features include: rated to IP67, thermoplastic polyester housing (withstand 1200 psi washdown), 2 ms response time, operating temperature -40 to +70°C. Operating range is up to 3000 mm, adjustable.

The control box measures 150 x 95 x 50 mm and has 12 VDC operation.
