The low level bag tipping station is manufactured in stainless steel and has a dust hood designed to connect to any existing dust extraction system while the bag tipping height follows health and safety guidance in terms of manual tipping tasks. The dust hood is integrated with a sieve deck to provide a dust-tight interface that eliminates the need for a flexible connector and increases hygiene efficiency. An optional 'post box' can be installed. It enables an operator to transfer empty bags to a sealed container or compactor and further reduce dust levels.
The high capacity, compact sieve is quiet in operation, typically less than 70 dBA, while there is a wide range of interchangeable meshes available. The sieve is designed for minimal maintenance, is easy to clean down and has a choice of surface finishes to satisfy various quality control standards.
