Standard Communications TX4800 two-way radio

The TX4800 is an IP67-rated two-way radio that is available in UHF (450-520 MHz) and VHF (148-174 MHz) bands, making it suitable for use in both marine and harsh commercial and industrial applications.

The two-way radio can be programmed for up to 500 channels in 50 zones, providing channel use and re-use over multi-site networks. A 9-digit alphanumeric tag means that any channel can be recalled easily, including any preset calling information like a unique selective call or DTMF address.

A single menu button and six user-defined soft keys make the unit simple to use. Housed in a die-cast IP67-rated chassis, the unit is protected against the intrusion of water and dust, enabling it to deliver reliable communications in harsh environments.

The small and rugged two-way radio is intended for use in mission-critical applications such as life-saving operations, search and rescue, mining and exploration, offshore drilling and any extreme dust and dirt environments.
