Respirator fit tester

The PortaCount Pro+ Respirator Fit Tester with built-in ‘N95 Companion’ technology from TSI offers fast, simple, easy-to-use and stand-alone operation for all respirators.

The respirator fit tester eliminates the guesswork associated with tedious and error-prone qualitative fit test methods. The tester measures fit while the user simultaneously performs a series of moving, breathing and talking exercises designed to simulate the same movements made in the field, ie, under conditions that approximate actual use.

The tester is quick to set up and operate because it does not require an external computer. The colour touch screen allows the user to control the test with a touch of a finger, pen or stylus.

‘FitPro’ software automatically leads the user through the fit test protocol step by step. Fit test results are stored in a database for report generation, retrieval and regulatory compliance.
