The Hearing Safety Academy offers breakthroughs in better hearing protection strategies that guarantee to improve the performance, the correct usage and the economy of Hearing Protection in the workplace.

Sound Hearing has recently launched the Hearing Safety Academy; a set of practical training programs and tools for employers and employees to better understand the risk of Noise in the workplace and how to realistically eliminate Noise-Induced Hearing Loss.

Courses are based around addressing the four main reasons that hearing protection fails, using the latest recognised research and techniques that deliver real improvements to the effectiveness of hearing protection. These are tailored to meet the individual needs of each site based on currently deployed Hearing Protection and Noise exposure levels.

Statistically, Hearing Loss is a major workplace safety issue, with a significant hidden social and economic cost to Australians and the businesses employing them. Hearing Conservation Programs must include training in order to be successful.
