The glove provides high protection from cuts and has achieved the maximum level 5 rating on the EN388 European Standards rating for cut resistance. Its high abrasion resistance also improves durability.
The glove complies with FDA regulations, making it suitable for direct contact with all foodstuffs. The glove is suitable for use in applications which involve food preparation, meat packing, meat and poultry processing, boning and carving.
