Diplomat Blades HexArmor protection and Klever safety cutters

Diplomat has announced its extended range of Klever safety cutters and HexArmor hand, arm and body protection.

The technology used in HexArmor’s high-performance personal protective equipment is claimed to enhance cut, puncture, needle and abrasion resistance without sacrificing dexterity. Safety gloves and arm guards made from SuperFabric technology, an advanced material made up of tiny guard plates which provides the user with cut level 5 protection are available.

The HexArmor products can be used instead of Kevlar, Spectra, leather, and chainmail products and the range is suitable for law enforcement personnel, waste and recycling workers and others who require resilient cut, slash or puncture protection.

Klever safety cutters have a unique recessed blade and the design minimises the risk of accidental contact with the blade, reducing injuries. With their shielded cutting area, the cutters also reduce the risk of damaging merchandise while cutting through the packaging. The cutter range can be used as package opener, cardboard cutter and box cutter.
