The AWS welding helmet selector tool matches user needs to the company’s range of welding helmets and only displays the masks that match the wearer’s specific requirements.
Users answer 10 simple questions and are then presented with the auto-darkening helmets that fit with what they require. They then click on the ‘Add to Compare’ button to see how the welding masks presented differ from one another. Important features to consider include viewing area, lens clarity, sensitivity and amperage settings for TIG welding, as well as compatibility with respiratory protection.
Once the user knows which mask would be best for them, they can click on the reviews to hear from other welders currently using the product. They can then choose to get a quote, ask a question, buy online or find their closest distributor. The whole process only takes a few minutes.
Users can also visit the Welding Helmet Features Page, where they can filter the complete range of shields based on the auto-darkening lens and mask features that are important to them.
