Vibraguard anti-vibration gloves

Vibraguard gloves are designed to minimise the risks and effects of hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS) in the workplace.

The gloves use soft 'Gelfôm' padding to help reduce vibration and a nitrile coating to provide resistance to snags, punctures and abrasion.

The gloves are manufactured with grooves to match the contours of the hand, which is claimed to enhance flexibility and reduce hand fatigue.

The nitrile coating offers resistance to cuts, punctures and abrasions, providing protection at high frequencies combined with protection across a broad spectrum of frequencies,

The gloves are silicone free and machine washable to increase their service life.

The gloves are available in full-fingered and half-fingered versions, both of which have velcro fastening straps for a snug fit.

The half-fingered versions are designed for tasks involving vibrations of frequencies of up to 300 Hz, where vibration is localised to the palm. For frequencies greater than 300 Hz, the effect of vibration is more focused in the finger area, so the full-fingered versions, which have protection across a broad spectrum of frequencies, are more suitable for these situations.
