3M completes Aearo integration

Tuesday, 16 December, 2008

3M plans to complete the integration of Aearo Technologies into its safety business by 1 January 2009.

“This means that as of 1 January, it will be one company, one order,” said John Hallam, National Sales and Marketing Manager for 3M Australia’s Occupational Health & Environmental Safety Division.

Aearo is a global provider of industrial safety products, including the well-known EAR and Peltor hearing and eye protection devices.

3M’s acquisition of Aearo was completed in mid-2008.
