3M’s 4520 Coverall is made from a highly breathable and lightweight five-layered protective material, with CE Category III, Type 5/6 standard protection against dust and liquid splashes with an added antistatic treatment.

Features include: breathable material technology for reduced heat stress; lightweight; three-panel elasticated hood for enhanced compatibility with complimentary PPE; knitted cuffs and elasticated waist and ankles; two-way zipper with sealable tab on stormflap; antistatic treatment to reduce charge build-up; meets inward leakage requirements of EN 1073-2 for protection against nuclear particles.

Suitable applications include: site preparation, insulation and asbestos inspection.

The company says the coverall is suitable for consideration in: cement manufacturing; grinding and polishing; light industrial cleaning; machine maintenance; pharmaceutical processing and handling toxic powders; construction work and light paint spraying/powder coating.
