Zallys M6.5 heavy-duty tower, pedestrian-operated electric tug

The Zallys M6.5 heavy-duty tower is a pedestrian-operated electric tug, mainly designed for moving trailers in circumstances where a vehicle would normally be required.

The M6.5 couples to the trailer on the rear through an electric elevator, which is adjustable in height. It is standard with a galvanised plate ready for all types of customisation, depending on the application.

Developing all the traction it needs by using a coupling system to transfer load weight to the drive wheel, the tug can tow, push and steer loads from 50 to 6500 kg.

It is equipped with a swivel tiller head that can steer at 80°, which is suitable where space is an issue.

Safety features include forward/reverse speed lever control, horn, emergency stop, on/off key and switch to activate the electric lifter coupling.

Other features include an LED control panel to verify the charging level and an external plug for fast and easy connection to the external charger.

The 800 W motor is equipped with an electromagnetic brake that blocks off the M6.5, which prevents accidental slippage with the towed load while on ramps or incline.
