The FRP fibreglass reinforced plastic rail system is a modular post and rail system engineered from a composite material and is suited particularly to corrosive environments such as industrial and chemical plants.
The railing uses a low-maintenance material with low electrical and thermal conductivity and is moulded in a yellow colour for higher visibility compared to typical galvanised steel post-and-rail systems. It is strong, lightweight and has the ability to absorb minor impacts without damage.
Using plastic tube and fittings enables easy fabrication in the field using only basic tools without the need for any welding. This construction also makes repairs, dismantling or modifications easier to address.
The system is suitable for pedestrian management and forklift separation installations.
