Optimum Handling Solutions tilt tables
Optimum Handling Solutions tilt tables are designed for the efficient and speedy removal of freezer spacers from between layers of frozen cartons.
The need for slow and hazardous unstacking and restacking of pallets in order to remove freezer spacers from between layers of cartons is eliminated by the implementation of tilt tables.
The tilt tables are hydraulically powered and tilt 90° from vertical, while an adjustable upper retainer gate steadies the contents of the pallet. The weight is therefore transferred to the sides of the cartons, enabling removal of the freezer spacers.
All of the tilt tables are fitted with perimeter safety cut-out bar, hose burst safety valves and 24 V controls. Hand pendant controls are the standard option on the tables, with alternative control optionally available.
