Pal-turn Load Rotator makes the often difficult and dangerous task of turning and rotating heavy or bulky loads safer and easier.
The load turner is driven by a gear-motor and supplied with either load straps or load chains. Pulleys may be fixed or adjustable on the whole length of the tube. The pulleys are protected by rotating covers that are set at both ends and feed the textile non-marking straps.
The load turner is available in capacities from 1 to more than 45 tonnes, as a single- or dual-strap unit and single- or dual-speed motor.
The system is designed for maintenance-free operation during machining, positioning, assembling, finishing, handling and quality control functions in industries such as foundries, mechanical construction, civil engineering and building, industrial servicing and repair workshops.
The device contributes to a safe workplace by mitigating the risk of load sliding or dropping, while increasing productivity through single operator control.
