Articulated forklift

The Flexi articulated forklift truck offers space-saving advantages over traditional counterbalanced or reach fork trucks, making it possible to increase pallet storage capacity by up to a claimed 50%.

The vehicle’s design enables it to pick up and load like a counterbalanced forklift - both inside and outside - but can also work in very narrow aisles, with lifts up to 2000 kg to heights of 12 m.

This dual-purpose functionality provides the ability to load and unload trucks and deliver pallets directly into racking in a single operation, eliminating the space needed by a reach or counterbalance truck to turn into the racking, thereby allowing narrower aisles and more bays within a given space.

As articulated trucks enter aisles with the palletised load to the front (like a traditional counterbalanced machine), then articulate before turning the pallet through 90° to put it away, they are able to operate in aisles of 2000 mm width.
