An Australian materials handling and dock safety products manufacturer has announced a major restructure of its executive management group.

Tieman Industries founder, Neil Tieman will return to the chairman position while Colin Tieman and Dale Tieman have been appointed joint managing directors.

Marcel Wynn and Jack Parr will take on the new roles of general manager " sales and service and general manager " operations, respectively.

The restructure has seen the new joint managing directors introduced a number of business improvement strategies, including the introduction of a streamlined executive managing structure.

"The executive management group now has a clear focus on delivering customer satisfaction and we strive to improve our performance by closely managing fundamentals of the business to provide on-time delivery, quality and value for our customers," Dale Tieman said.
