Telehandler system

The 6245 TSA Telehandler safety system is designed to exceed the requirements of AS1418.19 (Indicating and Limiting Devices). The device is a rated capacity indicator and a limiter which includes an automatic tool identification system. It eliminates the need for the operator to select the correct tool and ensures fail-safe operation in accordance with AS1418.1.

Longitudinal and lateral carrier angle displays are provided, as well as outrigger position, machine movement, boom angle and boom length indication. These parameters are used to determine what rating chart should be selected.

The kit is supplied with all materials and components necessary to complete the installation. The system is preprogrammed with a variety of rating charts and precalibrated, with only basic calibration operations required on site.
