The SNV4063KP safety switch has a selectable access delay for applications on machines that have a slow run downtime.
The single- or 2-channel emergency stop unit is for safety gate applications to protect people and machinery during manufacturing.
It also suits the monitoring of interlocking installation with position switches and integrated locking, as well as on-delay unlocking of the solenoid integrated in the position switches.
The device is designed to remove the need to use two relays while still complying with all safety requirements.
The device offers a 2-channel control along with an optional ‘synchro check’ of the limit switches.
Features include: Stop category zero according to EN60204-1; applications up to safety category 4/3 according to EN954-1; off- and on-delay times adjustable in the ranges of 0.15 to 3 s or 1.5 to 30 s; control through contacts or semiconductors; and reset button monitoring.
