Designed for the protection of workers exposed to risks arising from the use of dangerous machines, the Admiral AX light curtain, with its two safe static outputs, has seven types of protection and can work without external control units with all the safety functions integrated inside the emitter and the receiver.

The device integrates the start/restart interlock function as well as the external device monitoring master/slave for use in applications that include press brakes, presses, cutters and shears, robotised areas, assembly lines and palletising systems.

Features include selectable maximum scanning distance of 6 or 18 m, two safety static outputs protected from short circuits and overloads, connection with M12, 5-pole connector (emitter) and M12, 8-pole connector (receiver), correct alignment and beam status indicator LEDs and suppression of the optical interferences through the range selection.

Three fastening modes are selectable: back slot, side slot or to the top and lower end.

Deflection mirrors are available as accessories for the realisation of perimeter protections along up to four sides.
