Infinity’s safety shut-off valve ensures a safe and secure way to isolate a machine or area so it can be worked on by maintenance workers or machine operators.
The valve provides the operator with peace of mind in two ways: first, because it’s the operator who padlocks the valve shut, no one else is capable of opening without their knowledge; second, when the valve is closed, pressure upstream of the valve is released quietly and efficiently through the silencer in the valve’s body. This leaves the system in zero pressure. The valve is described as a lock-out isolation system for a compressed air system, rather than electricity. It can be combined with the lockable quick-release coupling system for safety.
